All Girl Crew is a small, family-run custom apparel shop in Springfield, Illinois. This page explains what we collect when you use shopallgirlcrew.com, why, and what you can ask us to do. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@shopallgirlcrew.com.
What we collect
- When you order: your first and last name, email, phone number, your shipping address if you choose shipping, what you ordered, and how you plan to pay. We never see card numbers: you pay through Venmo or PayPal, or with cash or a check.
- At our in-person sales: the name, phone and email you give at check-in, whether it's your first time, who invited you, any RSVP, and what you buy.
- When you fill out a form: search alerts ("email me when you have it"), sold-out waiting lists, requests to hear when a team shop reopens, sticker interest sign-ups, and group link orders.
- What you search for in the store. We keep the words, not who typed them.
- Photos: we show customer photos only with permission. Many include kids. Location data (GPS) is removed from every photo we upload. Ask us and we'll take a photo down.
How we use it
- To make your order, get it to you, and keep you posted about it.
- To send payment reminders for orders you placed.
- To send the emails you asked for, like alerts and waiting lists.
- For our business records and reports, and to run our in-person sales.
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use advertising or tracking tools.
Who else sees it
We share information only as needed to run the store, and only with the services that do the work for us: website hosting and data storage, email delivery, Venmo or PayPal when you pay there (they have their own privacy policies), and the shipping carrier when we ship to you. Our shirt and transfer suppliers get none of your details.
Fundraisers, drop-offs and team shops
For a group order, like a team shop, a fundraiser link or a school drop-off, the organizer or coach may see the names and sizes on their group's orders so they can hand things out. Fundraising groups receive totals, not customers' contact details.
Cookies and browser storage
We use only what the site needs:
- your cart, kept in your own browser;
- a cookie that remembers an invite to the store while it's in preview;
- a cookie that keeps a team shop's look as you move between pages;
- sign-in cookies, for our staff and for customers who sign in to see their orders (you sign in with a one-time code we email you; we don't keep a password).
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, so there's no cookie banner.
Kids
The site isn't aimed at children under 13. When a child's first name is entered at one of our sales, it's entered by a parent or by us.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for our business and tax records. Ask us and we'll delete what we're not required to keep, and take down any photo of you or your child.
Your choices
Email us at hello@shopallgirlcrew.com and we'll handle it by hand. You can ask us to stop emailing you about waiting lists, alerts or reminders, to tell you what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete what we're not required to keep.
