These terms cover orders from shopallgirlcrew.com and from All Girl Crew in person, by message, or by group link. By placing an order you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Who we are
All Girl Crew is a sole proprietorship based in Springfield, Illinois. Questions: hello@shopallgirlcrew.com.
Orders
Everything is made to order, just for you. The "ready in about N days" time is our goal, not a promise, and we count it from when your order is paid. We may cancel an order, for example for a stock problem, an artwork problem or a pricing mistake, and if we do, we'll refund anything you paid.
Prices and payment
Prices are as shown when you order, including any sale shown, and sale rules apply as stated. You can pay by Venmo, PayPal, cash or check. Cash and check are for pickup only, and some group drop-offs take Venmo or PayPal only. Large orders may need a shipping quote, and we'll email you the updated total.
We start making your order once it's paid. If an order stays unpaid, we'll send reminders and then a final notice. If it's still unpaid 24 hours after the final notice, it is canceled automatically.
Pickup, drop-off and shipping
Porch pickup is available any time except in severe weather. For group drop-offs, we deliver to the group named on your order. We clear old orders out of the pickup bin from time to time. If yours is unclaimed, we'll try to reach you and offer to ship it for a shipping charge. After a reasonable time, an unclaimed order is treated as abandoned and isn't refunded.
When we ship, carriers may be delayed, and we can't be responsible for an address that was entered incorrectly.
No returns or exchanges
Because everything is custom printed for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges, including for size. Please check the size chart before you order. We may make an exception in rare cases, at our sole discretion.
If something arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo. At our discretion we'll replace it or refund you. If we made a mistake, we'll remake it.
Gift cards
Gift cards and store credit have no cash value and can't be returned or redeemed for cash. They don't expire. A card is worth what is left on it, can be used toward any order in our store or at our in-person sales, and can't be used to buy another gift card. Anyone who has the code can spend the card, so keep it private; we can't replace a lost or shared code. A gift card you buy is activated, and sent, once we've received your payment. If an order paid with a gift card is canceled, the amount goes back on the card.
Garments you provide
If you bring your own garments, we take care with them, but heat pressing can scorch, shrink, mark or melt some fabrics, blends and coatings. We aren't responsible for damage to garments you provide, and we don't replace them. If it matters, bring a spare.
Your artwork and names
If you give us a logo, artwork or a name to print, you confirm you have the right to use it. Our own designs remain ours. Please don't copy our store mockups.
Fundraisers, group links and team shops
For fundraisers, group links and team shops, the organizer's role and any share going to the group are as agreed with that group. Group orders still follow these terms.
In-person sales
Deals and giveaways are while supplies last. Giveaways are limited to one per person per day.
Photos
Photos of customers are shown only with permission, and you can ask us to take one down at any time.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are covered by the terms in effect when they were placed. These terms are governed by Illinois law.
